The story of Four Notes with Nick Harvey

Four Notes was released in 2020 as a charity single to help raise money for The Alzheimers Socety and Music for Dementia.

The project ended up raising over £1m which was split between the two charities.

This is the story of how the charity singe came about and features Nick Harvey, a composer for film and television.

It was Nick's dad, Paul Harvey who improvised a piano piece which Nick recorded on his phone and posted on Twitter.

Our film with Nick tells the story of what happened next.
